1. Terms & Conditions

By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Le Brun Foods (“Chef,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.1 Services Provided

We provide bespoke private chef services, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, cooking, presentation, and hospitality as agreed upon at the time of booking. The specific services and menu will be confirmed in writing prior to the scheduled event.

1.2 Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than [3] days before the service date. Accepted payment methods include [VISA,MasterCard,Apple Pay,Bank Transfer]. Failure to make payment within the stated period may result in cancellation without refund.

1.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the reservation date will be eligible for a 60% refund of the total booking cost if prior you paid in full the amount of the reservation.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

  • Rescheduling is possible only at our discretion and subject to availability.

  • If we must cancel, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued, which will constitute our sole liability.

1.4 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

The Client must inform us in writing of all allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions for all guests at least [7] days before the service. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and accept no liability for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed allergens, cross-contact, or other causes.

1.5 Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing a safe, clean venue with the agreed kitchen facilities.

  • Ensuring access to the premises at the agreed times.

  • Obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the event.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

1.7 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, supply issues, or restrictions imposed by the government of Greece or other authorities.

1.8 Photographs & Media

With the Client’s consent, we may take photographs of dishes or events for promotional purposes. No personal information will be shared without permission.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek courts.

2. Privacy Policy

Le Brun Foods values your privacy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1 Data We Collect

  • Personal Data: Name, contact details, event details.

  • Payment Data: Processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
